Putting the nutrients back

A by product of burning chicken manure to produce electric in a power station to keep the lights on in East Anglia which in turn produces ash which is full of nutrient. We apply to put back to the soil what we took to grow food for the human belly. None odour organic fertiliser which is good for the micro organisms and my worm army. Looking after the soil for the next generation. My view today

Fire fighters

Combine started to smoke, it took Freddy and I 2.5 hours to get all the smoulding chaff off the nooks and crannies, Norman Gary and Woody had to put the stubble out. Repaired the melted wiring on the header and off we went 4 hours later.

Claas 780 demo on peas

Trevor, Peter and Adam gave a super demo of the Claas 780 with 12 metre header on prophet peas.
